We are so happy to invite you to another grainy night at the bakery!
After a lovely & nerdy night with einkorn back in November, we wanted to pass the spotlight onto another grain with deep roots in the northern soil & stomachs. Rye bread is a staple part of Danish households and we will explore the grain - from its history to the fields - together with food historian Asmus Gamdrup from Kost Studio, with farmer Nikolaj Thomsen from Brinkholm Andelsgaarde, with Emilie from Vild Hvede and with the bakers of Lille bakery.
Bring your own favorite rye recipe or rye anecdote and come have a nice rye-time with us on Tuesday, February 4th from 17:30 to 20:30. Akito, Peppe & Giulia from Lille will prepare some rye flavors and textures for dinner, while we chat about this beautiful grain.
We will speak English to ensure that as many as possible can take part.
Looking forward to meet you for a night with rye - including a grainy dinner.
