All the lovely things you can do with goats milk
Monday the 24th of April from 17-20
Claus and Summer from Copenhagen Goat Milk will be teaching us all about goats,
holistic grazing and how to make delicious
things from the milk they produce.
You will learn how to make ricotta, fresh cheese and chèvre plus get to know the ins and outs of pasteurising.
After all of the gentle heating, stirring and straining of curds we will share a bite together and talk all things goaty.
And remember to bring a container
to take home the fruits of your labour 💛
